Consumer iOS app · Live on the App Store

Aatram

A focus app for people who dodge hard tasks. I co-led the build and owned the V2 rewrite, the spec, the UI, and the design system. It nudges you back to focus instead of pulling you out of it.

AI review intelligence tool · Live at frictionlens.net

FrictionLens

I built this solo. It pulls reviews from the App Store, Play Store, Reddit, and CSVs into one clear Vibe Report, and only calls the AI when simple rules cannot decide, so it stays fast and cheap.

[ The number that earns the call ]

GMV. Doubled at IKT India.
Vendor base 20 → 75, four-engineer team.

A SQL + Mixpanel seller-health dashboard lifted 60-day retention 20%. Owned the vendor-side product end-to-end.

[ 02 ][ HOW I WORK ]

About me.

I’m Chetan, a product manager with engineering training and a designer’s eye. At Aatram, I co-founded and led product on a consumer iOS app now live on the App Store. At FrictionLens, I shipped a full-stack AI review intelligence platform with a public marketing site and dashboard. Before either, I ran the vendor side of a B2B handloom marketplace and scaled it 3.75× from 20 to 75 vendors, while doubling GMV. CSPO certified. MS in Management of Technology from Arizona State University. Phoenix is where I sleep. The work is portable.

How I scope

I find the smallest version of the problem that's still worth solving, then I write the spec myself. I run cold user interviews before I touch a wireframe. The 16 archetype interviews behind Aatram V2 killed a feature set we'd already started building. That's the kind of cut I make on purpose.

02 / 03

How I decide

I'd rather ship the second-best decision quickly than the best decision late. I keep RICE scores for the top of the backlog and a written one-line rationale for every cut. When the team disagrees, I write the brief instead of arguing in Slack.

03 / 03

How I ship

I prototype in Figma when a written spec isn't enough. I work closely with engineers, and my technical background means I'm useful in the room when they need product context. V1 of Aatram launched on the App Store because product, design, and engineering scopes were locked from day one.

[ THE BET, FELT ]

Pick the one you're avoiding.

Procrastination isn't a discipline problem. It's a feeling. Tap how heavy yours is right now.

No score. No streak. Just the feeling, named.

That ladder is a real input from Aatram, the iOS app I co-founded. The whole product is built to make the next move smaller than the dread, never to rank you for feeling it.
